Silver salmon are abundant from early July until early September.  They are super aggressive, hard fighters, excellent eating and the limit is 6 per person per day.  With silvers, the action is often fast and furious.

Silvers feed on the same baitfish as king salmon and therefore they are most often found together.  Since the king and silver runs overlap for close to 2 months, great variety is often had. Silvers will average 7-8 pounds in July and 10-12 pounds in August and we have landed them up to 18 pounds

These are a wonderful fish that produce great sport, especially for kids and first timers.
